• Coverage: Inpatient; Schedule: Clinic + Call; Call: Overnight beeper
• Shift times: 10 hours, 8a-6p + night call; ~4 ten-hour shifts/week
• Patient encounters per shift: ~4
• Trauma level IV
• Call Response Time Required: 20 Min, Call Ratio: Call Back: 20%
• Avg Call # Per 24 Hour: Phone Consults: Yes   
• Certifications: BC, AK license or IMLC, DEA, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• Credentialing: Current CV must be uploaded with bid; estimated timeframe ~90 days
