Preferred Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call,10 hours 8 am-6 pm, night call. 4 10 hour shifts per week. Dates of Need: July 16th- August 10th and August 19-28th, October shifts also probable.
Worksite Setting: Inpatient, Admissions Required: Yes, Trauma Level: 4.
Scope of Work: Patients Per Shift: 4.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC required (but not required to be in EM), ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, Licenses in AK or IMLC.
EMR: Epic.
Pay Rate Preferred: $230/Hr all inclusive (provider covers flight/car rental, hospital provides apartment, no pets)
