- Work Dates Needed: March 1st ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: 1-3 mornings per week ^am, may be flexible with 8-12.
- 2 days / mo for TIVA 6am until cases completed about 5pm. (approx 5 cases)
- Worksite Setting: Hospital
- Scope of Work: 3-6 PPD / cleaning & exams. No restorative work during these.
