Hospital Details:
- Hospital Bed Size: 495
- Trauma Level: Level 2
Dates: Need 2 CRNAs, one to start ASAP, the other start in May
Shift Info: No call, M-Th or T-Fri – 4-10 hour shifts 6:45-5:15 with 30-minute lunch or 12:30-11 pm with 30-minute lunch
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
Job Details:
- CRNAs are in the main OR
- No heads, no hearts, no blocks, no endo or OB
- All work is under the Medical Direction Model
- EMR: EPIC
- $215/hr
- All travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
- Currently, we have 2 providers working at this facility and one in credentialing
