- Dates: ASAP-Ongoing
- Call Schedule: 1 weekend Sat / Sun 7a’s per quarter.
- Schedule: 12s (preferred), 10s, 8s, 0645 – 1445, 10hr = 0645 – 1645, 12hr = 0645 – 1845
- Support staff: 24 hr anes tech coverage
- Level 1 trauma
- Patient Volume: 100 anes case/day
- EMR: EPIC
- Procedures: IR, Endo, pulm lab, MRI, CT, Radiation oncology, EP labs X4
- Certifications: BC, NBCRNA, SC, BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Credentialing: ASAP
- Must have a Clean Background
