Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 x 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week); no call; no weekends
Assignment Length: 3–6 months
Start Date: ASAP
Setting: Hospital-based anesthesia services across multiple facilities
EMR: Cerner
Required Skills: Independent CRNA practice including regional anesthesia, spinals, epidurals, and general anesthesia management
Case Mix: Endoscopy, Obstetrics, General Surgery, and Orthopedics
Licensure: Active Indiana CRNA license required
Credentialing: Approximately 1–3 months with temporary privileges available for qualified candidates; will cross-credential at multiple sites
