Patient Volume: 4-5 cases per shift
EMR: MEDHOST
Requirements: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Core Skills: General anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidurals, regional anesthesia, OB anesthesia, pain management techniques, post-op blocks, central lines, arterial lines, and ventilation management
Setting: Surgery department with 3 operating rooms
Support: Team of CRNAs covering ORs and shared call responsibilities
Credentialing: 30+ days
