- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing for at least 3 months; 8-12 shifts per month. Immediate need Dec 24 – 26
- Preferred Schedule: 7a – 5p in house, then on-call 5p-7a
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient
- Scope of Work: Procedures required: airway management, central & arterial lines, dialysis catheter placement, paracentesis/thoracentesis, bronchoscoipy, and chest tube insertion
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active KY license, DEA, Board Certified, ACLS
- Pay Rate: $4500 per day plus $250/hr for call back
