Schedule: Nights 7p–7a; ongoing need; full privileges
Patient Volume: 28‑bed ICU; mixed cardiac and medical; must show 100 ICU encounters in past 12 months
Required Certifications: ENLS (required for system credentialing)
Required Procedures/Skills: Independent critical care management; adult‑only ICU; ability to work solo with intensivist on call
Board Requirements: Board Certified NP or PA with Critical Care experience
Licensure Requirements: Active Virginia license required
Additional Details: Will credential across multiple system hospitals; inpatient only; med/surg/trauma mix
