- Location: SW Michigan – 26 Miles S of Kalamazoo
- Hospital Details: 60 Bed Hospital – Level 3 ER
- Hours: Monday-Friday (7a-3p)
- Call: 1:3 Call Rotations – Nights & Weekends
- Cases: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals, OB, Ortho, ENT and Podiatry – No Hearts/Head
- Staffing: CRNAs – No Supervision
- EMR: AllScripts
- Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 Days
