We have a site in Williamsport, PA seeking Cardiology coverage starting in September for 1-2 weeks/month. Open to more details?
- Dates: September – Ongoing
- Coverage: 1-2 weeks per month (Mon-Sun) covering clinic/reads, weeknight call, and 24-hour weekend call.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8a-5p clinic; 5p-8a weeknight call & Sat-Sun: 8a-8a 24-hour weekend call.
- Procedures: TEE and cardioversions.
- Typical day: Inpatient rounding, consults, reading images, TEEs, occasional proctoring of stress tests.
- Support: PA-C assists most mornings.
- APP/Mid-Level Coverage: Typically 8a-12p
- AVG # of patients per day: Anywhere from 3 to 10 per day
- AVG # of consults per day: Typically 5 or 6 new consults
- Requirements: Active PA license or IMLC, Board Certified, DEA, ACLS, BLS, Minimum 1 year of experience
- EMR: Epic & Cerner Powerchart
- Temp privs available
- Estimated 90 day credentialing
