- July: 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 10, 16 (2 prov), 22, 23, 27, 28 (2 prov), 29, 31
- August: 3-7, 10-13, 17-21, 26, 27, 31 (multiple providers needed most days)
- Ongoing PRN dates needed 10+ each month
- Shift: 7A – 4:30P
