- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Days, Swings, 12-hour shifts, No call
- 12 bed ICU
- Average of 9 patients on swing shift and average of 18 patients on rounding shift
- Open ICU with no procedures required and intensivists are on staff for back up
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
