- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days, 12-hour shifts
- ACLS required
- 3 – 3.5 patients per hour, ages 3 months & up
- Typical urgent care with experience required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
