- Sunday – Thursday, 7 am – 7 am (24-hour shifts)
- Call only — 30-minute response time, beeper call
- 2 – 3 patients per shift; 1 – 2 admissions per shift
- Both inpatient and outpatient practice setting

- Ongoing coverage assignment
