- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, No call, Flexible
- Prefer someone who can cover 5 days a week but will consider 3 – 4 days per week
- 15 – 18 patients per day, must see all ages but will consider FM or IM provider to see adult only
- Standard primary care office procedures and paps would be nice but not required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
