- 10 – 15 patients per shift
- 3 operating rooms — hospital setting
- CRNAs take first call — minimal physician callback
- General, ortho, healthy peds 1 yr and up, GI/endo, eyes
- No cardiac, vascular, neuro, OB, thoracic, or trauma cases
- Backup pager call each night M – Th; Fri am – Mon am weekends
- 2 weeks or more per month — ongoing coverage needed
