- 7-on/7-off schedule — day and night shifts available
- Day shift: 7 am – 7 pm; night shift: 7 pm – 7 am
- Days: 14 – 16 patients rounding, including 1 – 2 admissions
- Nights: 6 – 8 admissions
- Open ICU with intensivist support
- Remote Tele-ICU available for ICU cross-coverage and clinical support
- Lines a plus, but not required — residents run the codes
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
