- Need commitment for 1 year
- 13 – 14 patients per day, mostly outpatient
- Mix of hematology (60%) cases and oncology (40%) cases
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
