- Monday – Friday, normal outpatient clinic hours — no weekend coverage
- Approximately 12 scheduled patients per day
- VA outpatient primary care clinic
- Member of VA Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT)
- Chronic disease management — hypertension, diabetes, CAD, PTSD, depression
- Preventive care including physicals, screenings, immunizations, wellness visits
- Acute care — respiratory illness, wounds, dermatology, ENT, GI conditions
- Minimum 2 years of recent primary care experience required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
