SHM Converge Nashville 2026

SHM Converge 2026 is the annual in-person conference of the Society of Hospital Medicine, bringing together hospitalists, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary care teams. The 2026 meeting runs March 29 – April 1 in Nashville, Tennessee, with pre-conference advanced learning courses March 29 and the main educational program March 30 – April 1.
