In an era of burnout recognition, we would like to help mitigate the risks of burnout. Working with ScrubDoc can allow you to regain the independence and autonomy that is increasingly hard to maintain.
Locum tenens, moonlighting, and long-term contracted positions are all available. Our physician leadership approves each one of these positions before seeking to fill them. Somewhat unique to the locum tenens industry, we will turn down opportunities if they are not jobs we would work ourselves.
