America was created in 2021 by a group of individuals who saw an opportunity to create a better overall locum tenens experience for the healthcare facilities, medical providers and all of the employees behind the scenes who make it happen. Many of our employees came from the larger locum firms, and while they learned a lot of positive things, they all identified certain areas that could be improved upon. Our core values lie in transparency, accountability and integrity. We pride ourselves on being a tight knit bunch that strives to make each other better every day, which is reflected in the relationships we’ve fostered over the years with clients and providers alike.
