- Adult inpatient psychiatry unit
- 30-bed unit operating similar to a med-psych unit
- Higher acuity patients — comfort with medical comorbidities required
- Mix of voluntary and involuntary patients — ED consults possible
- Goal is stabilization and transition to outpatient or PHP programs
- Inpatient experience required
