- Mon – Sat, 8 am – 5 pm; extended hours Tue & Thu until 8 pm
- Approx. 24 – 28 patients per day
- Outpatient clinic setting
- EMR: Epic
- Spanish/bilingual preferred but not required
- Underserved population — all ages
