- Shift Length: 8a-8a (24 hour shifts)
- Patient Volume: 2700 annually
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC
- Trauma Level: IV Critical Access – Acute stroke and trauma level IV certified
Qualifications/Requirements
- License: MN
- DEA: Yes
- Board Certification: Board Eligible accepted
- Life Supports: CALS or ATLS, ACLS, BLS
- Covid/Flu Vaccination: Require MMR. they offer Hepatitis B, but it’s not required. They ask if they’ve had a TDAP and when their last booster was. They ask about Varicella or having had chickenpox. A Quantiferon (TB blood test) is required
