Compensation Package:
- $150,000 – $175,000 base salary (based on experience)
- $10,000 sign-on bonus (forgivable loan structure)

Requirements:
- Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Pediatric Neurology experience preferred
- Development disorder experience a plus
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
- Team-oriented with interest in collaborative neurology care
