- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, 6+ shifts a month

- Monday: 6:30a-4p, 10a-9p, 3p-12a, 9p-7a
- Tuesday: 6:30a-4p, 10a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a
- Wednesday-Friday: 6:30a-4p, 11a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a
- Saturday & Sunday: 7a-4p, 11a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient (Hospital), 40k annual volume
- Scope of Work: Emergency medicine
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OH state medical licenses, and DEA required or IMLC with ability to quickly obtain OH license and DEA, BC/BE EM/FM/IM with 2 years EM experience, CAQH attestation required
- EMR: Epic
- Pay Rate Preferred: $300/hr
