MD Requirements
- Board Certified in EM, FM, IM, or Peds
- If not EM: Must have at least 2 years EM experience within the past 3 years
- Board Eligible: Must become BC within 5 years of admissibility to take exam
- ACLS & PALS: Required for non-ABEM providers
- Must demonstrate 2 years of EM experience within the past 3 years (completion of EM residency in the previous 2 years will satisfy this requirement)
- Must provide CME’s (past 2 years), DEA with NC address, driver’s license, photo, medical diploma, internship/residency certificates, and board certificate

- MD Shifts: 7a–7p, 3p–1a, 7p–7a
- NPPA Shifts: 7a–5p, 10a–8p, 2p–12a, 8p–6a
