Position Overview
Outpatient corporate health clinic providing primary care, wellness, and acute episodic visits
- Patients age two years and older
- Typical volume two to four patients per hour
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois license
- National certification for Nurse Practitioner
- DEA required
- Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
