Location: Dublin, VA (Roanoke metro)

Schedule

Ongoing per diem day shifts

• Openings: 1

Position Overview

Outpatient corporate clinic coverage providing primary care, acute episodic care, and wellness focused visits for employees and eligible family members.

Clinical Scope

• Acute care and primary care visits
• Wellness and prevention focused care
• Chronic condition management within scope of practice

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Virginia license appropriate to provider type
• DEA required
• Must be approved and comfortable seeing ages 2 and older
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify

Practice Environment

• Outpatient clinic setting with on site support staff
• EMR experience preferred; training provided as applicable

Credentialing and Onboarding Items

Standard credentialing and onboarding documentation is required prior to start
