Davis County Hospital & Clinics is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join a 100% outpatient practice with a strong pediatric focus and a supportive, team-based environment. This position offers a balanced schedule, low patient volume, and an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered care in a close-knit rural community.
Highlights:
• 100% outpatient Family Medicine position (no OB or inpatient responsibilities)
• ~50% pediatrics focus (newborn–18) with strong community demand
• 4-day clinic week + 1 administrative day; Monday–Friday schedule
• 14–18 patients/day with 20-minute appointment slots
• 1 dedicated NP per physician for consistent support
Compensation Package:
• $300K base salary
• $100K signing bonus

Requirements:
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Ability to obtain Iowa medical licensure with interest in team-based, rural outpatient care
