• Procedures:
  • The provider is solely responsible for managing the acute urological needs of the facility. Daily expectations explicitly include:
  • Rounding on all urology inpatients during the day.
  • Responding to and managing all ED and inpatient urology consults.
  • Performing all emergent/on-call urological surgeries as required.
• Certifications Needed: BLS
• Patient Population/Case Load: Call/ED
• Case Mix: 100% Inpatient and Emergency Department (ED) Call
• EMR: Cerner

Licensing and Privileging

• License: An active Indiana state license is required.
• Willing to License: Yes
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
