Shift Details:

• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: ASAP - Ongoing
• Schedule Details: Day shift – typical clinical/surgical hours (approx. 8:00am – 5:00pm), 2.5 days in clinic and 1.5 days in OR
• Call Details: As needed per call schedule (likely 1:4 to 1:6 rotation) Hospital call rotation as part of the Urology team. Rotates max of 6 call days per month - 24 hour call shifts 2-3 consults, 1-2 surgeries per day.
• Day to Day Details:
  • Provide general urologic care to adult patients in both outpatient clinic and hospital/surgical settings
  • Participate in high-volume clinical practice with immediate patient demand
  • Perform diagnosis and surgical treatment of urologic conditions
  • Collaborate with a team of 4 established Urologists plus a community partner
  • Participate in hospital call rotation for inpatient consults and emergencies
  • Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including 2 DaVinci XI robots (with robotics expansion and Aquablation in 2026)
  • Work with a robust clinical support staff
• Certifications Needed: Board Eligible (Within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Urology, Active CO license (Or willingness to obtain), ACLS, BLS, DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate, NPDB Report
• Patient Population/Case Load: Typically around 25 patients and 12 procedures in a day
• Case Mix: Clinic, OR

• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
