• Scope of Work: 55000 Annual Patient volume, 425 total number of hospital beds, 1.88 patient volume per hour. 
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OH license, ABFM/ABIM board accepted – Must become BC within 5 years of eligibility, ABEM/AOBEM, ACLS, ATLS, BLS.
