Order Description:

   1. Type: Guaranteed

   2. Position: MD/DO

   3. Role: ER

   4. Annual volume: 9k-10k annual ED visits, 26 daily

   5. Any second coverage: APP 2nd Coverage 11am-9pm Sunday, Monday,

     Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

   6. Shift options: 12hr shifts, with 24hr shifts upon approval

    7. EMR: EPIC

   8. Trauma level: IV

   9. Support staff: N/A

Candidate Requirements:

   1. State License(s) accepted: MI

   2. DEA/CSR required: Yes

   3. Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements: COVID can be declined, yearly flu

     shot required

   4. BC/BE - will site accept non-boarded: Yes - board eligible physicians

      must have current life supports until boarded

   5. What boards are accepted: FM or EM. Prefer EM

    6. Residents: N/A

   7. Life Certifications needed: ATLS, ACLS, PALS, AND BLS (all waived if

      ABEM certified)

   8. Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: N/A

   9. Procedure logs needed or past amount of experience required and in

      what timeframe: past 12 months

Pay Details:

   1. Pay Range: $250 - $300 per hour

   2. Minus $3 malpractice fee per hour

         Lab, CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Bone Density, and Echo. 

       c. Transfer facility: Wausau

        d. Specialties: Orthopedics, Oncology, Podiatry, Ophthalmology,

         Optometry, General Surgery, & Physician Connect line for

         specialty consultation at Aspirus Wausau and Tele-Stroke.

   7. Physicians have the opportunity to make an extra $10

     per hour worked if Quality Metrics were met:

       a. E-Prescribing of Controlled Substances -

         individual metric

       b. ED Patient Satisfaction Survey – individual metric

       c. Early Sepsis Metric – group metric

       d. Early Sepsis Metric - individual metric
