- 12-hour shifts; day 7a-7p and night 7p-7a; both AM and PM coverage needed
- ED layout: 10 rooms + 1 triage space
- Volume: ~1.6-3 patients/hour (whole ED), up to ~80/day; admission rate ≈5% or less
- Acuity: Mostly low-acuity with occasional walk-in higher-acuity
- Support: Normal ER support staff with APP support
- Certifications: BC, MO license
- Emergency privileges considered case-by-case; temporary privileges may be granted
