- ED annual volume: ~31,000
- Trauma level: IV
- EMR: Medhost
- Certifications: TX license, DEA, BC EM, FM, IM if not EM BC BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
- Fellowship preferred
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
