Provide general dentistry services in a pediatric-focused practice, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative care.

Clinical Scope

Highlights

• Patient population: pediatric patients (ages 21 and under)
• Typical procedures include stainless steel crowns, fillings, simple extractions, cleanings, exams, restorative work, and sealants
• Typical volume: 25 - 35 patients per day
• EMR: Dentrix

Required Qualifications

• DDS or DMD
• Active Arizona dental license
• Pediatric dental experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical dental experience
• Medicaid enrollment required at time of presentation, or proof of active application prior to start
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Onboarding/credentialing timeframe: typically 1 - 2 weeks
