- Work Dates Needed: Asap - ongoing 1-4 days a week
- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient / School Clinic - Dentistry
- Scope of Work: General bread and butter - Extractions, root canals, crowns, partials, dentures, etc. Work with a local lab that has a 5 day turn around.
- Patient Population: Children and adults 13 and older, but prefer a dentist who can also see patients under 12 should there be an urgent request
- Patient Volume: We would like a full schedule each day the provider works but will discuss with provider as it would be dependent upon what services are rendered with the patients
- Support staff: Dental assistant
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: DDS, GA license, BLS, DEA; must be Medicare and Medicaid credentialed
- EMR: eClinical Works and EzDenti (radiology)
