- 12 - 15 patients per day, plus 2 - 3 admissions at one site
- Hospital setting -- two campuses with differing acuity levels
- ICU coverage required -- acute vents required
- Central lines and intubations preferred at higher-acuity site
- Closed ICU at one site -- no procedures, comfort with codes required
- Leave of absence coverage
- Continuity of care preferred -- same provider for full block
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
