- Call ratio: 1:2
- Typically 1 surgery patient per day plus Cath/EP lab support
- Full spectrum of pediatric cardiac care -- cath lab experience only
- Avg 3 - 4 patients seen on call with 0 admissions
- Required: pediatric general, spinal, and open heart anesthesia
- Required: central line and arterial line placement
- Cardiac, ortho, neuro, thoracic, and pediatric surgical types
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
