- Work Dates Needed: 11/09-1/29/2027
- Preferred Schedule: 9-6 Mon-Fri
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
- Scope of Work: As a locum, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WI license, 3+years of experience as a Physician Assistant, Board Certification, BLS and DEA.
- DOT Certification is preferred but the client will accept providers that aren't currently DOT Certified that are willing to obtain the certification. This certification must be in place prior to working the first shift. (Training is provided)
- EMR: Allscripts
- Pay Rate: $80-85/hr plus travel however local providers are preferred
