Work Dates Needed: 7/27 thru 10/02/2026
Preferred Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri
Worksite Setting: Outpatient – freestanding clinic
Scope of Work: Pre-employment physicals, urgent care, work-related injuries, must be able to suture. Must be able to see ages 2 and up.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted NC license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required.
EMR: Allscripts
Comments: Must be available to work 4-5day a week. Must be DOT certified at the time of submission
