Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
Scope of Work: As a locum, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted CO license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required.
EMR: Allscripts
Pay Rate Preferred: $75-85/hr
Comments: DOT Cert before 1st shift
