- Work Dates Needed: 11/09-1/29/2027
- Preferred Schedule: 9-6 Mon-Fri
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
- Scope of Work:Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals Must be able to see ages 2 and up.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WI license, 3+years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Board Certification, BLS and DEA.
- DOT Certification is preferred but the client will accept providers that aren't currently DOT Certified that are willing to obtain the certification. This certification must be in place prior to working the first shift. (Training is provided)
- Pay: $85.00-$90.00 per hour plus travel however local providers are preferred.
