Urgent Care NP or PA (Part-Time)

Location: TX

Schedule

Clinic hours MondayFriday 9:00 AM9:00 PM and weekends 9:00 AM5:00 PM; expected 610 shifts per month; weekend availability prioritized (as documented)

Position Overview

Provide urgent care coverage for patients up to age 21 in an urgent care setting (as documented).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat common urgent care complaints (as documented)
• Perform procedures including incision and drainage, splinting, and suturing (as documented)
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 4 patients per hour (as documented)
• Document encounters in the EMR (Experity, as documented)
• Provide coverage across multiple clinic locations within the assigned region (as documented)

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license (as documented)
• Board certification (as documented)
• PALS (as documented)
• Local candidates; travel/lodging not provided (as documented)

Credentialing / Onboarding Items

Credentialing timeframe: 6090 days (may be quicker with Texas Medicaid, as documented)
