• Schedule: 3 days per week, face to face
• Daily volume: 1 to 8 claimants per day
• Openings: 1

Position Overview

Provide one time mental health compensation and pension examinations for a veteran population. This is an exam only role with no ongoing treatment and no prescribing.

Responsibilities

• Review medical history and complete appropriate disability benefits questionnaires and medical opinions
• Conduct mental health examinations that may include depression, PTSD, anxiety, eating disorders, and MST related evaluations
• Complete documentation and submit required exam materials within 24 to 48 hours after the exam

Required Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD
• Current, unrestricted psychologist license
• Doctoral program attended must be APA approved
• NPI required
• Strong computer skills and ability to complete web based exam forms
• Local or commutable candidate preferred
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
