- Schedule Details: Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Provider schedule will vary).
- Certifications: BLS required for all specialties (ACLS required if requesting conscious sedation privileges).
- Patient Population/Case Load: Outpatient
- Team Structure: Join an established Primary & Specialty Care Services practice with 3 Nurse Practitioners, MAs, an office assistant, and a manager.
- Duties: Provide exceptional patient experiences and high-quality care.
- Trauma Level: Level 3
- EMR in Use: Epic
Licensing and Privileging:
- Willing to License: Yes
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
