• Work Dates Needed:  ASAP - Ongoing
• Preferred Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours (8 hrs per day) + Call (admissions on weekends)
• Worksite Setting: Inpatient, Beds in Department:11.
• Scope of Work: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Patients Per Shift:11, Call Type: Beeper, Call Response Time Required: 1 Hour. Please note that this position is replacing a Medical Director and will require elevated responsibilities. We will include responsibilities once confirmed with the site. 
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active TX license, BC/BE, BLS.
• EMR: Protouch and ProDoc.
